General Laborer - Seasonal

ATACO Steel Products is seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer (age 18+) to support facility and grounds maintenance during the summer season. This position focuses on outdoor upkeep, light maintenance, and general support tasks. Hours may range from part-time to full-time based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, and general grounds maintenance
Assist with landscaping projects such as planting, mulching, weeding, and debris removal
Support painting projects including preparation, painting, and clean-up
Complete general facility upkeep tasks such as organizing, cleaning, and minor maintenance
Safely use basic hand tools and approved light-duty equipment (training provided)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
Prior experience in landscaping, maintenance, or general labor is a plus but not required
Work will be performed both outdoors and indoors areas
Exposure to weather conditions including heat and humidity
Use of basic tools and light-duty equipment only
Schedule
Seasonal summer position
Part-time to full-time hours available
Flexible scheduling based on availability and workload
