or .**Site Merchandiser (Timberland Americas)**We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Merchandiser to support the day-to-day merchandising and optimization of our eCommerce website for Timberland Americas. This role is responsible for ensuring products are effectively presented online, supporting campaigns, and helping deliver a seamless shopping experience that drives sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of online retail, product presentation, and data-driven merchandising and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week at Timberland headquarters (Stratham, NH).Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.* Assist in managing the daily merchandising of the ecommerce site, including category pages, product listings, and promotion placements.* Upload and maintain product information, images, pricing, and attributes to ensure accuracy of completeness.* Support the execution of site campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches.* Mintor site performance and analyze sales, conversation rates, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization.* Maintain product sorting and category organization to maximize product visibility and sales.* Partner with marketing, creative, product teams, and UX to ensure timely and accurate content updates.* Conduct regular site audits and QA checks to ensure product pages, links, and promotions function correctly.* Assist w/ A/B Testing and merchandising experiments to improve site performance.* Track competitor websites and industry trends to identify merchandising opportunities.* Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.* Identify and execute opportunities and technology roadmap initiatives to drive best in class and relevant experience for Timberland consumer.
