The Opportunity
As a Group Fitness Manager, you’ll be the energy and heartbeat of the club, driving participation, performance, and community through an exceptional group fitness offering.
This is your chance to:
Lead from the front
Build an electric class culture
Inspire members and instructors alike
What You’ll Be Doing
Driving attendance growth across Group Fitness classes
Recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high‑performing instructor team
Building and evolving dynamic timetables (live + virtual)
Creating a strong community‑driven class culture
Promoting Group Fitness through social media and in‑club initiatives
Partnering with Club Leadership to deliver results
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Group Fitness (leadership experience highly regarded)
Les Mills certification or strong group training experience preferred
A natural motivator with high energy and presence
Strong communication and organisational skills
Self‑driven, adaptable, and confident working autonomously
