IT Support Specialist

The On-Site IT Support Specialist provides hands-on technical support at DoD facilities, ensuring uninterrupted operations of systems, devices, and network connectivity in a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems
Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity issues
Support secure environments in compliance with DoD security protocols
Maintain asset inventory and equipment accountability
Ensure physical security of IT equipment and workspaces
Coordinate with network and systems teams for escalated issues
Follow installation access and security requirements for DoD facilities
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor9s degree in IT or related field
3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
Experience in secure or government environments preferred
CompTIA A+, Security+, or equivalent certifications
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
