Cook – Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of nutritious and appealing meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, cost control, and flavor in all food served
Collaborate with dietary staff and other departments to support resident satisfaction
Perform additional duties as assigned
Dietary Aide – Key Responsibilities:
Assist with meal preparation and service
Clean and maintain kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
Support residents and staff by providing courteous and responsive service
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Perform additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a healthcare dietary/kitchen setting is a plus
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
