Overview
The Acquisition Consultant role is the entry point into executing real business acquisitions. You work with buyers, live deal flow, and an experienced M&A team to structure and close acquisitions of cash‑flowing businesses. This role is for operators who want to build real income from transactions and transition into business ownership over time.
What You’ll Do
Work with Buyers : Run consultations with qualified acquisition buyers, understand their acquisition criteria (industry, size, goals) and guide them through the acquisition process.
Match Buyers to Deals : Present relevant acquisition opportunities and coordinate with the internal M&A team.
Structure & Progress Deals : Assist in drafting LOIs, move deals through diligence and negotiation, and collaborate with legal, finance, and lenders.
Close Transactions : Work alongside our team to bring deals to completion, participate in negotiations and final structuring, and earn transaction‑based compensation and equity participation.
