Role Overview
As a Solutions Consultant at Ivo, you'll be the technical and strategic bridge between our platform and the enterprise legal teams we serve. You'll partner closely with our sales and account management team throughout the deal cycle — leading product demonstrations, guiding prospective customers through evaluations, and designing tailored solutions that map Ivo's capabilities to real‑world legal workflows. You'll also work cross‑functionally with Customer Success and Product to feed market insight back into the roadmap.
This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role at a company that is defining a new category in legal tech.
What You’ll Do
Lead compelling, customized product demonstrations for General Counsels, Deputy GCs, legal operations leaders, and other enterprise stakeholders
Own the technical side of competitive evaluations, ensuring prospects experience Ivo's accuracy and depth firsthand
Develop a deep understanding of each prospect's contract workflows, pain points, and legal stack to design solutions that deliver clear ROI
Configure and present proof‑of‑concept environments tailored to customer use cases, including playbook setup, repository onboarding, and agentic assistant workflows
Respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical due diligence requests
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to share insights from the field and influence the product roadmap
Contribute to internal enablement — building demo assets, playbooks, and best practice guides as the team scales
Who You Are
3–6 years of experience in a solutions engineering, pre‑sales, or solutions consulting role, ideally in B2B SaaS
Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences, including senior legal and business stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to run structured discovery conversations and translate business needs into tailored product narratives
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment where processes are still being built
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Points
Background in legal tech, CLM, or adjacent enterprise software
Experience working with or selling to in‑house legal teams, legal operations, or procurement functions
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management concepts, legal playbooks, or enterprise legal workflows
Prior experience in a legal or paralegal capacity (strongly preferred)
