Are you ready to lead, mentor, and shape the future of urgent care medicine? Davies Animal Medical Hospital is seeking a Lead Urgent Care Veterinarian to guide and grow our expanding GP/urgent care service within our privately owned, 9‑doctor hospital.

Your Role as Lead Urgent Care Veterinarian
Lead and develop our urgent care service
Mentor and support fellow veterinarians, support staff and students
Manage and oversee urgent and same‑day cases
Help shape protocols, workflow, and clinical excellence
Drive a culture of efficiency, compassion, and high‑quality medicine

What We’re Looking For
DVM/VMD (or equivalent) + eligible for California licensure
Strong experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
Passion for leadership, mentorship, and team development
Confidence in handling a fast‑paced, diverse caseload
Commitment to high‑quality medicine and client communication
Love of surgery, teaching and jumping in is a must!
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $180,000 – $225,000+ (DOE)
Production Bonus – Potential up to $300K+
Quarterly Mentor/ Lead Bonus
Sign‑On Bonus – Highly Competitive
