This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing garage doors and related systems for both residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair garage doors and related systems.
Understand and work with various garage door models, components, and systems.
Provide top-notch customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns professionally.
Perform regular inspections and maintenance on garage doors and hardware.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with garage door systems.
Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in the garage door industry is essential.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong mechanical skills with experience using hand and power tools.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Great customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
