Job Description
Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) – $80k–$90k
Location: St. James & East Setauket | Outpatient Clinics. Metro PT is hiring a Full‑Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. You’ll split time between our St. James & East Setauket clinics, both equipped with state‑of‑the‑art facilities. We're looking for someone with upper extremity ortho & pediatrics experience, however you'll be treating all ages.
Responsibilities
Provide one‑on‑one outpatient OT care
Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans
Fabricate custom splints as needed
Document evaluations and treatment progressCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications
Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible

Sensory integration experience a plus
Certifications: CPR/First Aid
Upper extremity & pediatrics experience a must
