Appalachian Community Federal Credit Union (ACFCU) is seeking a
Member Service Representative
to join our team at our Stone Drive branch located at 1500 E. Stone Drive, Kingsport, TN. This position is for you if you:

The basic duties and responsibilities of a
Member Service Representative
include, but are not limited to:
Provide members with an excellent service experience every time.
Provide ACFCU product and service referrals using our benefit statements of Save Time, Save Money, Make Money, Offer Convenience, and Peace of Mind.
Accurately perform general teller duties such as opening new member accounts, processing member deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, or other transactions by phone or in the branch.
Resolve member problems and/or complaints or direct to appropriate person.
Balance cash drawer and perform teller cash recycler duties.
Maintain working knowledge of regulatory compliance related to financial services.
Provide Member Service Representative coverage at other branches when needed (mileage over the normal commute to work is reimbursed).
Education requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; BS degree preferred.
Experience requirements:
No prior experience is required; ACFCU will train you in the Appy Way.
