$600 travel bonus, day‑one health insurance with United Healthcare.
Paid time off (PTO) plan, accruable starting day 1 with use during contract or cash‑out at end.
Guaranteed stipend if facility calls you off.
Hourly bonus for overtime beyond contracted hours.
