$62,689.00 - $78,715.00 annually
Responsibilities
Teach assigned classes and labs, guiding students toward job placements.
Prepare task analysis and develop lesson plans, grade reports, tests, and progress.
Advise students and supervisors on textbooks, equipment, supplies, and other instructional needs.
Participate in meetings and contribute to overall program and school quality.
Use discretion, ingenuity, and independent judgment due to the job’s complexity.
Qualifications
Education: Associate’s degree preferred; high‑school diploma acceptable with requirement to earn an Associate’s degree.
Credentials: Certified Surgical Technologist; must qualify for appropriate certification or licensure to teach the position.
Driver: Valid Oklahoma driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Experience: Minimum of three years successful experience in an operating‑room scrub role or as a surgical technology instructor, or a combination of both, within the past five years.
