Available Shift
3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am Sunday - Thursday (Starting pay is $23.10 / hour + $1.00 off shift premium)
Job Responsibilities
Implement PM program as directed by our Planner / Scheduler
Work hand in hand with all Maintenance Technicians working on breakdowns, utilities, and projects
Utilize PM as the proactive means of controlling machine up/down time
Demonstrate log out / tag out
Perform routing oil filtration / oil removal and filter change on large and small presses, plastic injection molding machines, rubber injection molding machines, rubber processing and preforming equipment
Practice oil analysis management for all required equipment
Basic Qualifications
Must successfully complete targeted selection interview process
Mechanical aptitude and a desire to use mechanical ability to help the maintenance department maintain machine uptime and PM adherence
Proven knowledge of our facility and have the ability to work safely with minimal supervision
High school education and previous experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of the basic principles of how the machinery, equipment and tools work
Skilled and knowledge on electrical principles of three phase, motors and able to diagnose and troubleshoot any technical problems on electrical of CNC machines, welding equipment and overhead crane

Summary Pay Range
