Pay Rate: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour DOE.
Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (some weekends).

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
5+ years of experience with 3-5 axis CNC machining (HAAS mills, DMS, Biesse, Thermwood, or similar)
Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T
Experience with CNC controls including HAAS, Fanuc, and Siemens
Strong understanding of shop math (algebra, geometry, trigonometry)
Proficiency with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality and output
Preferred Qualifications
Experience machining composites, honeycomb, plastics, and metallic materials
Experience with both dry machining (composites) and coolant machining (metals)
Background in conventional milling, lathe operation, or hand fabrication
Fixture design or fabrication experience
Experience working in an AS9100 or aerospace manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
Set up and operate 5-axis CNC mills, high-speed routers, and lathes to produce precision parts
Interpret blueprints, work orders, CNC programs, setup sheets, tool lists, and inspection requirements
Load CNC programs, establish zero/reference points, and set tool offsets and lengths
Select and install proper tooling, fixtures, and workholding equipment
Monitor machining processes, including lubrication, cooling, feeds, and speeds
Perform first article inspections, verify accuracy, and make offset/program adjustments as needed
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with OSHA and company standards
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and document all actions
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and efficiency
Provide feedback for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
