Roving Maintenance Team . If you know your way around tools and systems like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, or landscaping — we want to meet you!
You’ll travel between our properties to make sure homes are safe, clean, and ready for our residents. Every day is different, and you’ll be part of a team that values hard work, respect, and real‑world skills.

What You’ll Do
Travel to different properties to handle maintenance and repairs
Tackle jobs like fixing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors, flooring, landscaping, and more
Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to keep everything running smoothly
Help prep units for new residents and handle regular upkeep for existing ones
Stay on‑call occasionally (~every other week)
Keep maintenance logs and support snow removal during the winter months
What You’ll Get
Pay:
$25 - $32/hour based on experience
Monthly bonuses based on occupancy:
Up to ~$450 (normally around $200‑$300)
Tool reimbursement:
$10 per paycheck ($260/year)

What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Computer knowledge (typing, spelling, able to use tablets for work orders and communication)
EPA certification preferred or willing to obtain. ( Exam fee reimbursement available. )
HVAC certification preferred or willing to obtain.
Able to lift, shovel and/or plow snow, and get around multiple properties
