Litigation Paralegal
to support its Pennsylvania practice. This position offers flexibility to work out of our
Pittsburgh or Philadelphia offices .

Asbestos / Toxic Tort Defense
Products Liability Defense
General Liability & Insurance Defense, including: Premises Liability, Transportation & Trucking and other complex liability matters

Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with day‑to‑day case management and litigation support
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses
Coordinate and manage document production, including e‑discovery
Conduct factual and legal research under attorney supervision
Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including exhibits and witness files
Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars to ensure compliance with court rules
Prepare client and insurance carrier reports and correspondence
Support attorneys during mediations, arbitrations, and hearingsCommunicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors
What We’re Looking For
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
2+ year of experience supporting civil defense litigation, including: Drafting and managing pleadings and discovery; Document review and production; Litigation calendaring and deadline management
Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines efficiently
Professional and confident communication skills
Proactive mindset with attention to detail and follow‑through
Experience with asbestos, toxic tort, products liability, or insurance defense is a plus
Familiarity with mediations and arbitrations is a plus
