Position Summary
Apartment Maintenance Technician
– Full‑time – $19.20 / hour – La Vida Buena Apartments, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks.
Respond to work orders and resident service requests.
Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections.
Participate in an on‑call rotation: one week every two weeks.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
1+ year of hands‑on maintenance experience.
Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits
$19.00 / hour (currently $19.50/hr per ad).
Annual salary increases up to 5%.
Quarterly bonus incentives up to $3,000 annually.
On‑call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call‑outs.
Holiday coverage bonuses.
