We are looking for a career‐oriented Maintenance HVAC Technician to join our team at The Earl Apartments in Gainesville. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready between residents, on‑site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.
What We Offer
Pay: $23.00-$25.00
Quarterly bonus up to $750.00
$100.00 on‑call bonus (1 week every 6 weeks)

Job Duties
Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
Make ready / turn units between tenants
Paint and stain both interior and exterior applications
Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
Perform exterior structural maintenance as needed
Manage coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
What We Need From You
HVAC or EPA Certification required
Drywalling including painting and carpentry
Working knowledge of plumbing, including sweating copper pipe
Working knowledge of electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnose appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposals
Water heater knowledge, both electric and gas
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
