Compensation: $15.60 - $27.25 an hour based on experience

Apple Autos is seeking a dedicated and customer‑focused Parts Counterperson. In this role, you will assist customers with their automotive parts needs, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver exceptional service.
What You'll Do
Greet customers and help them identify and order the right automotive parts.
Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.
Accurately process parts orders, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Collaborate with service and sales teams to fulfill customer needs.
Stay current with product information and industry trends.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries or concerns.
Perform other duties as directed by management.
What You'll Bring
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in automotive parts sales or related field preferred.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge of automotive parts and systems is a plus.
Proficiency with computer systems and parts catalog software.
