Overview
Massage Therapist
The Massage Therapist is responsible for being well versed and an expert in the field of Massage Therapy while delivering exceptional guest services.
Responsibilities
To service all customers to company standards/ policies and procedures and to provide high quality massage service
Adhere to the policies and procedures of the Spa Department
Provide positive service standards to all guests of the Spa including courtesy, sincerity and enthusiasm
Maintain a clean and safe work environment for guests and employees
Hold and maintain current licenses and continuing education requirements
Clean, stock, and maintain massage rooms with all supplies necessary to perform services listed on our Menu of Services
Properly perform massages in a professional and timely manner
Perform massages as requested in alternate area (i.e. guest rooms, poolside, etc.)
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures
Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees
Demonstrate a commit to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service
Qualifications
Base hourly rate + commission
Six months to 1 year experience in the field
Licensed masseuse/masseur
Professional appearance and demeanor
Effective communication skillsAvailable to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Pay Range
USD $6.05 - USD $6.05 /Hr.
Tipped Position
This position earns tips
