Uta Halee Academy (UHA) is a female‑specific, residential program that offers young women opportunities to build productive and meaningful futures for themselves and their communities. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features residential student dormitories, on‑site schooling, a dining hall, and extracurricular opportunities for the students. Pay : starting at $18.00/hour for those with less than 2 years of experience with at‑risk youth and a high school diploma.

Responsibilities
As a Youth Care Worker, you’ll provide safety and around‑the‑clock supervision for the youth in our program, and provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students. You’ll monitor and document student behaviors during the night and collaborate with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan. This is an awake night position.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of post‑high school education

At least 2 years of experience working with youth

At least 21 years of age

Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test

Ability to pass a search of the Child Abuse Central Registry

Driver’s License

Schedule

A Shift from Sunday to Wednesday from

10 pm – 8 am

B Shift from Wednesday to Saturday from

10 pm – 8 am
