
Enrollment Systems Intern - (Immediate Opening)

Mission
The Intern supports IDEA’s mission by contributing to day-to-day team operations, project execution, and administrative priorities while developing foundational professional skills in a collaborative work environment.
Location
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Texas with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth), or who are willing to relocate.
Travel Expectations
Travel to IDEA training events or step-back may be required.
Accountabilities
Essential Duties:
Support assigned team with daily operational, administrative, and project-related tasks.
Assist with organizing, tracking, and maintaining information relevant to team priorities.
Prepare summaries, reports, presentations, or materials to support team initiatives.
Support special projects and follow-up activities as assigned.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
Manage Zendesk support tickets related to STREAM and enrollment data
Conduct conversion outreach to prospective student leads gathered through IDEA’s CRM platform, HubSpot
Respond to recurring enrollment data requests
Develop and update milestone trackers
Assist with enrollment related data analysis
Conduct audits for enrollment milestones to ensure compliance with department SOPs and best practices
Develop task management and accountability systems to ensure all department commitments, deliverables, and deadlines are met
Resource Management: own change management and versioning of department resources (updating playbooks, templates, scripts, etc.)
Manage updates to the department hub site
