Responsibilities
Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, personal grooming, dressing and eating.
Help assist clients with ambulation
Follow individualized nursing plan of care for residents
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Registered CNA or ability to obtain.
Completion of 12 hours of facility approved in-service education per year
Competency in basic English
Physical capability to perform job-related duties
Ability to be reliable and have transportation every single day scheduled
Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
Willingness to follow health and safety standards
