Work 2 days per week – your choice between Mon-Fri!This is a fulfilling role where you’ll have the autonomy to structure your day and be provided with a broad and varied caseload.* This will include client home visits and group activities across a range of settings (in-home rehabilitation or clinic-based).* Deliver person-centred care in an environment that promotes continuous quality improvement consistent with the values of HammondCare and the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency (AHPRA).As an Occupational Therapist (Part-Time) you’ll be a valued member of our growing Clinical Care & Practice Team, working closely with an experienced multi-disciplinary team to provide tailored and individualised services to people within the community. A typical day will involve assessing functional care needs, setting clear care goals, and providing treatment and intervention.## * A tertiary qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration and practical experience, or sound knowledge in a Rehabilitation or Aged Care setting.
