Job Summary
NuChoice Health Partners, a leading home care agency in Butler, PA, is seeking a dedicated Weekend Caregiver to provide exceptional care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Weekend Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, preparing meals, administering medication reminders, and providing emotional support and companionship.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Prepare meals and assist with meal setup
Administer medication reminders as needed
Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up and doing laundry
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Develop positive relationships with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences
Collaborate with the care team to identify and address client needs and concerns
Requirements:
0 years of experience as a caregiver or in a related field
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Basic knowledge of medication administration and personal care techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
