Key Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
Prior volleyball coaching experience preferred.
Understanding of systems, player development, and strategy.
Ability to build a positive team culture.
Candidates must possess all required Ohio Department of Education coaching credentials and successfully complete FBI/BCI background checks.
