Full-Time | $19.21–$21.02 per hour | Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll be a key part of the patient experience—supporting both front-office operations and clinical workflows. From welcoming patients and managing records to assisting with patient flow and maintaining an organized environment, your work ensures the clinic runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Patient Experience & Front Desk Operations
Check patients in and out efficiently and professionally
Register patients and collect co-pays and deposits
Prepare and distribute required documentation (new patient forms, insurance cards, privacy notices)
Answer phones, direct calls, and schedule appointments
Administrative & Medical Records
Create and maintain patient charts; pull and file records as needed
Ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of all medical records
Obtain and update patient information, including histories, vitals, and test results
Clinical & Patient Support
Prepare examination rooms
Assist with patient transport and clinic flow
Provide compassionate support and assistance to patients and families
Compliance & Operations
Follow clinical guidelines and complete required annual training
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all healthcare regulations
Maintain a clean, organized facility and adequate supply levels
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Skills & Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of clerical procedures (recordkeeping, filing systems)
Understanding of medical terminology and office ethics
Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality
