Responsibilities
Applies radiographic procedures to patients for diagnostic purposes.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Graduated from a JRCERT accredited radiology program.
New graduates must be registry eligible and become registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and the Certified Texas Medical Board within 12 months of graduation.
Current CPR certification.
Special Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills (heavy public contact).
Strong writing and report composition abilities.
Analytical skills, CRT, and medical terms knowledge.
Work Schedule
Flexible.
Equipment Operated
All ionizing radiation equipment.
All image processing equipment.
