Scheduled Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm | Weekends as Needed | 3 Holidays per Year**Job Description:**The Restorative Care Assistant is responsible for providing nursing restorative care to ensure elders attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental and emotional well-being without declines unless the decline is documented as unavoidable. The RCA provides care to elders that is designed to strengthen muscles, assist with mobility, promote independence, prevent functional declines.
