Tonganoxie Terrace is actively hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to safely administer medications and support resident care. The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) plays a key role in medication accuracy, resident safety, and daily clinical support. As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you will work closely with nursing staff to ensure medications are delivered correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Administer medications as the Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in accordance with state regulations and physician orders
Observe residents for medication effectiveness and potential adverse reactions
Accurately document medication administration and report concerns promptly
Communicate resident condition changes to nursing staff
Follow medication safety, infection control, and documentation standards
Support nursing staff with routine clinical tasks as assigned
Perform Certified Nursing Assistant duties during a portion of the assigned shift, based on licensure and facility needs
Qualifications
Current state certification as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA)
Experience performing CMA duties preferred
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
