About the Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Service Technician with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems to join a growing team in New Jersey.

What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Handle service calls independently from start to finish
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle
Accurately log service activities and time
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of field experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical services
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
Experience with quoting, pricing, or warranty processes
Experience mentoring junior technicians
Familiarity with service management systems (e.g., Knowify)
