Position
Building Construction Lead Carpenter / Forman
Responsibilities
Drywall partition framing & drywall installation.
Window & door installation.
Finish carpentry (wood moldings, wood handrails, door trim, etc.)
Door hardware installation.
Cement board & bathroom waterproofing membrane installation.
Wood floor patching.
Rough carpentry (floor joists, exterior & roof sheathing, floor underlayment, etc.)
Drop drywall & ACT ceiling framing.
Wood stairs installations.
Wood and Trex Deck Framing.
Qualifications
MUST possess excellent communication skills and follow instructions from the field supervisor in English.
MUST be detail-oriented and work neatly.
MUST have own hand tools, basic power tools (And know how to use them!).
MUST be able to legally work in the US and have a social security card.
MUST have an OSHA-40 card.
Basic PLUMBING skills/knowledge is a plus.
Basic ELECTRICAL skills/knowledge is a plus.
Basic HVAC skills/knowledge is a plus.
A VALID NYS Driver's License is a plus.
Basic experience in blueprint reading is a plus.
