Are you mechanically inclined with a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a dedicated Set Up and Change Over Technician to ensure seamless production transitions in our fast‑paced injection molding facility. Your expertise in equipment setup, troubleshooting, and automation will be vital to maintaining top safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or GED; technical training or associate degree preferred
Prior manufacturing experience, especially with plastic injection molding or automation
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift in a safety‑focused environment
Nice to Have Skills:
Forklift operation certification
Experience with digital data entry and continuous improvement methods such as SMED and 5S/6S
Familiarity with robotics, automation systems, and metrology
Preferred Education and Experience:
Technical training or an associate degree
Experience in a manufacturing setting with auxiliary equipment
Other Requirements:
Ability to lift/move materials and tools, with team assistance as needed
Willingness to wear PPE and follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout protocols
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb frequently
