Building and Equipment Maintenance Support

Education LevelHigh School## Description**Job Summary:** The Building and Equipment Support person will be responsible for all equipment inventory at the branch, as well as making sure the grounds are well maintained.**Job Responsibilities:**Perform daily operational activities in the service department to include the following, but not limited to:* Load and unload equipment, inspect, photograph and document any repair work that might be evident* Maintain inventory and ongoing documentation of rental equipment* Responsible for fueling, washing, and staging of all equipment, could include changing attachments as needed* Maintain safety and cleanliness of work environment and the branch.* Other projects as assigned## Qualifications* Must have High School Diploma or equivalent,* Must have a minimum of 1 year experience operating heavy equipment /farm equipment* Excellent written and oral communication and basic mathematical skills, familiarity with computers is helpful.* Ability to stoop, kneel, push, pull, twist and carry and lift up to 70lbs.* Ability to climb and perform work on heights of 15 feet* Able to work in all types of weather conditions* Capable of working with limited supervision / self-starter* Maintain excellent customer service* Must be able to successfully pass background, drug screen and physical
