Description
You will be the Production Hangar Avionics F‑16 Technician for the Lockheed Martin Greenville Production Team. The team is responsible for production line installs of electrical harnesses and wires, continuity testing, and soldering/termination operations.

What You Will Be Doing

Installing electrical harnesses and components, routing wire and cables, terminating cables and wires, and performing operational checks.

Utilizing safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Using hands to grasp, handle, feel, reach, talk, and hear, including operating in confined spaces.

Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, squatting, crawling, twisting, and working on or in aircraft.

Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Performing repetitive movements and working overhead.

Working safely and maintaining a clean, FOD‑free work area.

Properly using, handling, and disposing of hazardous materials, toxic, or caustic chemicals per government regulations and company procedures.

Participating in mission‑essential functions and other duties as assigned.

Maintaining specified vision abilities (close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment).

Applying required personal protective equipment (PPE) and managing regular exposure to vibration.

Basic Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience completing operational test of electronics, wire routing, and test equipment, including major troubleshooting.

Ability to understand and use complex circuit diagrams, prints, and specifications.

Desired Skills

Experience with F‑16 or other fighter avionics, wire routing, and installation.

Use of electrical, radio, and radar testing equipment and instruments.

Military/Commercial aircraft modification installation experience, including wire harness installation and checkout procedures.

Interpretation of installation drawings, and routing of electrical cable assemblies with multiple termination processes and continuity checks according to standard processes.

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical manuals, understanding symbols, flags, and general notes.

Schedule
4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
