
Residential LPN

CHC is a non‑profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat, inspire, support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction. CHC has been a critical part of Ohio’s efforts to treat and prevent substance use disorders since 1974.
We are currently seeking a full‑time LPN to travel between our female and male residential programs.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday 6:00 a.m.‑2:00 p.m.
Duties
Administering methadone and buprenorphine
Direct nursing care
Charting
EKG
Blood draws
Collecting urine samples
Following up with patients as needed
Some back office clerical duties
Minimum Requirements
Graduate of a certified LPN program, current Ohio LPN license, and current CPR certification. High school diploma and clean driving record. Meets CHC requirement to not be restricted from exposure to medication by any governing body. Training in First Aid and CPR preferred.
