Clinical Liaison - Full Time - Rancho Mirage, California
Rehabilitation Hospital of Southern California, located in Rancho Mirage, CA, is a premier inpatient rehab facility serving patients throughout the Coachella Valley and Southern California region. We provide intensive rehabilitative care for individuals recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic surgeries, and other serious conditions.
Areas served: Banning, Beaumont, San Jacinto, Hemet, Joshua Tree.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and determine if they meet admissions criteria.
Prepare development plans, conduct marketing calls, and present benefits of rehabilitation to potential referral sources.
Integrate the hospital’s mission and guiding principles into daily practice.
Qualifications
One of the following licenses is required: RN, LPN/LV, PT, OT, or RT.
Experience working in a medical environment promoting programs and services.
Ability to build strong relationships in an assigned territory utilizing clinical and selling skills.
Passionate patient advocate assisting in the referral to admission process.
Strong clinical skill set with a mindset for business development.
Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record required.
3 years healthcare experience preferred; healthcare sales experience preferred.
Current, valid, and active clinical licensure required (RN, LVN/LPN, OT, PT, or RT).
Ability to travel in regional area on a regular basis.
Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
Understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursements that impact overall hospital operations.
General computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
Ability to work closely and professionally with others.

USD $36.00-$50.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and licensure.
