Job Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Provide patient and caregiver education

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (or graduating within 6 months)

Current

NBCOT certification

required

Active Texas OT license (or eligible)
