What Will You Be Doing?
This position oversees the operations of the community's assisted living program, aligning resident needs, state regulations, and company policies and procedures to provide exceptional care to residents. Responsibilities include:
Hire, train, supervise, and schedule care staff members.
Complete and update resident service plans.
Provide hands‑on training to care staff.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of the medication system.
Address resident and family concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
Ensure residents receive quality care.
Qualifications
State certifications and licenses (or ability to obtain)
Experience supervising team members and providing training and support.
Understand and follow state regulations, company policies, and guidelines.
Compliance with state vaccine requirements.
English language proficiency.
CPR certification (preferred).
Pass criminal background check and drug test.
