In-Home Physician (Per Diem) - Cumberland

Job Highlights
Provide in‑home health evaluations in the comfort of patient homes, focusing on medication review, physical assessment, and when ordered, diagnostic tests such as diabetic eye exams and spirometry. Utilize an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each visit. Physicians are not required to prescribe medication, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships and provide comprehensive and personalized health evaluations.

Participate in a national network of clinicians dedicated to improving health outcomes.

Travel locally and within licensed states as needed; conduct virtual visits when required.

Provide all Signify Health services, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products such as spirometry and DEE.

Work Environment
Work primarily in private residences of health plan members. Candidates must safely perform duties in homes that may contain pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential allergens or irritants.

Per Diem Employee Benefits

Required & Preferred Qualifications (MDs and DOs)

Active, unrestricted license(s) in the coverage area(s).

Multi‑state licenses (preferred).

Ability to cover primary locations (Cumberland and surrounding area).

Pay Information & Hours
Anticipated Weekly Hours: 12

Time Type: Part time

Pay Range: $125.00 – $125.00 per hour (base rate)

Additional reimbursement opportunities for diagnostic and preventive services may apply.
