Job Summary

Responsible for assembling all components of a cabinet. Then moves the cabinet on a conveyor for Final Assembly and Final Quality Inspection.
Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for applying glue, screws, nails and staples to components when necessary.
Flexibility to move from one role to the next depending on line and business needs
Identify quality and cleanliness issues
Able to communicate effectively
Reports defective parts to Management
Identify safety issues and report to Group Lead
Mark completed orders in Salesforce to update build schedule
Clean the work area throughout the shift.
Basic understanding of hand tools, including a chop saw, pneumatic nail and staple guns, cordless power drills and screwdrivers
Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/32nd inch
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to perform consistently to meet/exceed production quotas
Ability to perform other duties requested or required by management
Follow direction and instruction
Work well with other employees
Follow safety guideline
Ability to work overtime when needed
Physical Demands and Working Conditions

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to:
Remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
Move about the factory floor to access machinery, materials, and product storage.
Transport materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Operate, activate, and use production machinery and hand tools that require repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and fingers.
Detects and inspect parts for quality control at close vision (less than 20 inches) and assess safety hazards from a distance (20 feet or more).
The employee will be exposed to a manufacturing environment where the noise level can be loud and will work around moving mechanical parts. Regular exposure to airborne particles and temperature fluctuations should be expected. The use of appropriate PPE is required.
