Salary
$25 to $32 hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge. Overtime paid at 40+ and double time after 60+.

The Position
We are looking for full‑time skilled tradesmen with remodeling experience (drywallers, painters, tile, flooring, carpenters, mechanical). This role involves working on projects ranging from small patch and paint jobs to complete home rebuilds. Skills beyond core trades are welcomed and increase compensation. Tradesmen only work on construction phases, not water mitigation.
Responsibilities
Work on remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship and on‑time completion. Collaborate with superintendents and team members to achieve job goals.
Requirements
Remodeling experience
Reliable and hardworking
Provide own tools
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Previous restoration experience a plus
Able to move or lift 50+ lbs
Pass background check and drug screen
