Senior Plaintiff Personal Injury Trial Litigation Paralegal
Location: Dallas, Texas (Onsite)

Senior Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
with 5+ years of experience to join its dynamic trial team.

What You’ll Do:
Manage both
pre-litigation and litigation responsibilities
on assigned plaintiff personal injury cases, including:
Drafting and filing initial petitions
Handling full case work-ups and file review
Requesting, reviewing, and organizing medical records
Managing calendaring and court-appointed deadlines
Tracking and documenting subrogation liens
Preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, interrogatories, affidavits, Rule 11 agreements, and demand letters
E-filing in Dallas County and surrounding counties
Navigating the District Clerk website efficiently
Conducting factual and legal research using LEXIS or similar platforms
Assisting with liability claims (PIP, UM/UIM, Med Pay, etc.)
Managing property damage, treatment coordination, and client communications
Preparing clients for depositions
Coordinating with process servers and investigators
Preparing mediation and trial notebooks
Assisting attorneys at hearings and trial
Experience with
Clio Legal Practice Management
is a plus.
Spanish bilingual skills are also a plus but not required.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum
5+ years Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation experience .
Experience handling a high-volume caseload from inception through close.
Strong knowledge of discovery, court filings, trial prep, and settlement documentation.
Ability to manage deadlines with precision and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Word Styles.
Familiarity with case management software.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Highly dependable, positive, and client-focused.
Education/Certifications:
Paralegal Certification, a 4-year degree, or minimum 5 years PI litigation experience.
National certification (NALA, AACP) is a plus.
