What You'll Do
Greet guests at the to‑go window, take orders, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations.
Accurately process orders using the POS system and handle payments.
Prepare to‑go packaging and ensure orders are complete, properly labeled, and quality‑checked.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Deliver food promptly to guest rooms while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Ensure delivery items are correct, well‑packaged, and presented neatly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to‑go window, service counter, and staging areas.
Restock supplies such as bags, utensils, condiments, and beverages.
Follow all cash‑handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Communicate guest concerns or special requests to management as needed.
Support general restaurant operations during slower periods (stocking, wiping surfaces, assisting team members).
