
Commercial Loan Administrative Assistant

Commercial Loan Administrative Assistants provide clerical and secretarial support to commercial lenders while providing prompt, courteous customer service to borrowers. This position requires handling complex transactions in a timely fashion and with accuracy.
Accurately preparing loan documentation and ensuring all documentation is in order prior to closing.
Effective and tactful communication with customers, appraisers and other business related parties while maintaining respectable public relations in the handling of complicated issues.
Processing loan payments and advances.
Reviewing and mailing loan notices.
Balancing of various accounts.
Prompt filing of lien instruments including UCCs & mortgages.
Scanning, uploading and auditing loan documents, including ongoing financial and servicing documentation.
Perform data entry and update loan files with accurate information
Coordinate loan closings and ensure all paperwork is completed and signed correctly
Manage loan documentation and maintain accurate records
Providing back up for other loan support positions and related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
2+ Years loan processing and operations experience.
Customer Service skills, including phone, email and face-to-face.
Computer Proficiency, including using Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word & Outlook.
