Job Summary
Lead civil defense attorney required for our New Haven, CT office. Seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in medical malpractice defense. The role will focus on healthcare and casualty cases.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the firm in civil defense litigation, with emphasis on healthcare and casualty matters.
Assist senior partners and clients in case strategy and trial preparation.
Maintain a consistent and progressive work history, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
Qualifications
2 to 5 years of post-bar litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice defense.
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $100,000 - $125,000 per year. Includes competitive base salary and multiple financial bonus opportunities. Benefits include comprehensive coverage, firm-funded Lifestyle Account "Marshall Associate Advantage", and other industry-standard benefits.
