Responsibilities
Assist the chefs in all kitchen operations.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and standards.
Train and supervise kitchen staff.
Manage food inventory and ordering.
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
Develop new recipes and menus.
Qualifications
Positive, thoughtful and approachable
Solid organization, planning, and time management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Drop Box, and the Google Drive Suite
Demonstrated leadership and problem‑solving abilities
A history in casual dining management of at least five years working as a Café or Restaurant Manager.
Bilingual - English and Spanish
