The purpose of this role is to provide safe and effective group Pilates instruction, ensuring adherence to Club Pilates guidelines. Key responsibilities include conducting various classes, ensuring equipment safety, and participating in community events. Required qualifications include a 500-hour Pilates education, CPR training, and strong customer service skills. The instructor must maintain open availability for a minimum of 6 hours per week and have effective communication and public speaking abilities.
