Essential Functions
Team player
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Excellent menu and product knowledge
Accountable for the accuracy of the guest's order
Communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner
Able to suggestive sell products
Able to support fundraising initiatives
Proficient use of POS system
Able to count money accurately
Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace
Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Adherence to all PCI compliance guidelines
Take phone orders accurately
Understand the mission of the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation
Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
